Job Overview:
The Strategic Partnerships & KOL Manager will take the lead in developing and managing relationships with KOLs, influencers, and affiliates to build brand awareness and drive client acquisition. You will also create and implement content strategies that align with these partnerships, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams, influencers, and PR to optimize campaigns and maximize brand reach.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partnership & Relationship Management
- KOL/Influencer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key influencers and KOLs in the finance and trading space. Leverage these partnerships to boost brand awareness and credibility.
- Affiliate Management: Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partnerships, ensuring the have the resources and support needed to promote the brand effectively.
- Partnership Development: Identify and negotiate with new KOLs, influencers, and affiliates, securing mutually beneficial collaborations that drive both reach and conversions.
2. Content Strategy & Implementation
- Content Strategy Creation: Develop content strategies that align with marketing goals and enhance the effectiveness of KOL, influencer, and affiliate campaigns.
- Content Briefing: Provide clear, concise briefs to KOLs, influencers, and affiliates to ensure they understand the brand's goals, messaging, and content requirements.
- Collaboration with Creators: Collaborate with KOLs, influencers, and affiliates to create high-quality, engaging content for social media, blog posts, and videos that align with brand values.
- Content Execution: Oversee the implementation of content created by KOLs and influencers, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
3. Campaign Planning & Execution
- Campaign Strategy: Plan and execute partnership-driven campaigns, working closely with influencers, affiliates, and PR to maximize brand visibility and client engagement.
- PR Collaboration: Work with the PR team to amplify the reach of influencer and KOL campaigns, leveraging media coverage and public relations to enhance brand reputation.
- Campaign Management: Manage all aspects of influencer and affiliate campaigns, including timelines, deliverables, and approvals, ensuring seamless execution and high engagement.
4. Tracking, Monitoring & Optimization
- Performance Analysis: Use analytics tools to monitor and track the performance of influencer and affiliate campaigns.
- Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, and return on investment.
- Optimization: Continuously optimize influencer and affiliate campaigns based on performance data to maximize the impact and ROI.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports to the Marketing Manager and senior leadership on campaign performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement
5. Brand Awareness & Trust Building
- Strategic Partnerships: Develop long-term strategies with influencers and affiliates to enhance brand awareness and trust, positioning the company as a leader in the financial trading space.
- Community Engagement: Collaborate with the Content & Community Lead to create content and campaigns that engage and grow the community, reinforcing the brand’s position as a trusted partner
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and social media teams to ensure content and campaigns align with broader marketing strategies.
- Sales Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that influencer and affiliate partnerships drive meaningful leads and revenue.
- Global Team Alignment: Coordinate with the global marketing and design teams to ensure local initiatives fit into global brand strategies.
7. Budget & Compliance Management
- Campaign Budgeting: Manage the budget for influencer, affiliate, and PR campaigns, ensuring cost-effective use of resources to deliver measurable impact.
- Compliance: Ensure that all influencer and affiliate campaigns comply with financial marketing regulations and brand guidelines.
- Experience: 3+ years in partnership management, influencer marketing, or content strategy, preferably in the finance or tech sector.
- Strong relationship management skills with experience building and nurturing partnerships with KOLs and influencers.
- Expertise in content strategy, with a focus on creating engaging and impactful content for digital platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Language: Fluency in Thai and English (both written and spoken).
