Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of relevant testing experience in securities, futures, foreign exchange, or digital currency exchanges is highly preferred.
- Proficient in industry-standard test case design methodologies, capable of writing precise and effective test cases. Possess extremely rigorous logical thinking and high sensitivity to data and latency.
- Familiar with common industry solutions for UI automation, API automation, performance, and compatibility testing, and able to apply them quickly to improve quality and efficiency.
- Solid understanding of computer fundamentals, such as network protocols, data structures, and databases.
- Proficient in at least one programming language such as Python or Go, with the ability to build complex test frameworks and tools.
- Strong sense of responsibility, clear logic, proactive mindset, excellent rapid learning ability, communication skills, and teamwork.
