The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Testing Data Analyst to provide user support for test and evaluation procedures. They will facilitate and execute functional test and evaluation procedures during the User Acceptance Testing phase. In this role you will be also support a team with reporting, analytics and data visualization activities that drive performance and quality of programs and projects across an IT delivery organization.
About the Role:
• Support the team by creating, and analyzing data from a legacy system to a new system
• Ensure progress reports have all the datapoints needed
• Ensure Data Standards to successful implementation into the FEMA program.
• Serve as part of the team that will review tickets and check for treads and outliers
• Ensure system configurations and connectivity is enabled in all FEMA systems.
• Conduct daily functional testing of different applications
• Help support the Database Administrator with task under their supervision.
• Support with the documentation of the data dictionaries, data management, and cataloging practices
• Identify defects and create proactive trouble tickets
• Ensure the reports from manual submissions are completed.
• Perform Analysis through different systems
• Analyze data reports to meet agency reporting requirements.
Required Qualifications:
• U.S. Citizen, with or eligible for a FEMA EOD clearance.
• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant experience, prior FEMA system experience is a plus
• Experience in IT operations trend analysis and common key performance indicators
• Demonstrated experience performing data analysis
• Expert in the use of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel (to include pivot tables, macros, graphs, charts, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
