Coho Technology Solutions is seeking a T&I Manager to led testing, quality assurance, and Independent Validation & Verification (IV&V) for the Census Bureau’s System of Systems (SoS) environment. This role ensures end-to-end integration, performance, and readiness for key milestones, including the 2026 Census Test.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Develop and manage enterprise-level T&I and IV&V strategies.
- Oversee testing coordination across Decennial, Enterprise, and Geospatial systems.
- Lead performance and scalability testing to ensure system reliability.
- Establish automated testing frameworks and continuous testing processes within CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure traceability of requirements through comprehensive test documentation and reporting.
- Collaborate with program managers and architects to validate performance against key metrics.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes to enhance product quality.
Essential Job Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s in a technical field; advanced certification (e.g., ISTQB) preferred
- Experience:
- 12+ years in IT, including 7+ in QA, testing, or IV&V leadership
