Perform installation, repair, maintenance, and replacement of mechanical and electronic locks and access control systems; rekey locks, cut and master keys, service safes, maintain key control and records, diagnose and fabricate lock components, extract broken keys, conduct inspections, and support security procedures across assigned facilities.

Provide expert Air Battle Manager and Weapons Controller support using Link 16 for RSAF operational centers, training, and curriculum development.

Lead federal records and information management program execution in Rockville, MD. Manage contract operations, personnel, resources, project plans, SLAs, document processing, records lifecycle activities, and stakeholder interfaces with FDA CORs to ensure compliance with federal requirements.
