Requires extensive military, ABM/WC, Link 16, instructor-training, coalition, exercise-support, and fighter aircraft command-and-control experience.

Manage the Link-16 program for RSAF, providing support for acquisition, logistics, and training. Brief stakeholders and track program status.

Supports ISSO activities by developing and maintaining RMF and ATO packages, conducting vulnerability and compliance monitoring, reviewing STIGs and IAVAs, verifying security controls, gathering compliance artifacts, and documenting findings. The role uses eMASS, ITIPS, Nessus, and Microsoft Office while supporting classified and unclassified DoD systems. Work is onsite in Kettering, Ohio, with occasional travel to the Pentagon or Fairfax, Virginia.

Perform Windows Server administration for 60+ servers: test and deploy builds/patches, follow CM approval, schedule patching via SCCM/IVANTI/WSUS, update SOPs, monitor vulnerabilities, manage NTFS permissions, create Active Directory accounts, and use Splunk and VMware for operations.

Provide executive-level administrative support to the Board, manage daily Cordova office operations, and lead community outreach and coordination for the Tribal Career Exploration Program. Duties include scheduling, travel and expense coordination, office setup and visitor support, program promotion and recruitment, relationship-building with tribal members and partners, and event coordination.

Serve as a senior advisor to SOCOM leadership by developing organizational strategies, evaluating DoD guidance, recommending process improvements, creating metrics and dashboards, preparing executive briefings, coordinating governance and stakeholder meetings, supporting resource prioritization and risk assessments, and researching technologies for contested communications to improve mission execution.

Develop and maintain DoDAF enterprise architecture products, support communications and JELC planning, evaluate interoperability and architecture impacts, coordinate with government stakeholders, and produce technical documentation and guidance for enterprise network architecture.
