The Systems Administrator will support LMSA operations through system administration, maintenance, and cybersecurity while ensuring compliance with IA and security requirements.

Prepare and assemble parts kits per work orders for boat installations, manage inventory and recordkeeping, perform quality inspections, coordinate with production and procurement, follow safety protocols, and suggest process improvements to support efficient manufacturing operations.

Provide expert Air Battle Manager and Weapons Controller support using Link 16 for RSAF operational centers, training, and curriculum development.

Assemble and outfit newly manufactured vessels on a production line by installing parts, propulsion systems, wiring, and electronics; perform measurements, testing, inspections, minor adjustments, and follow drawings, bills of material, and documented procedures.

Provide expert DoD acquisition and contracting support for CBRN defense programs: advise on acquisition strategy, review milestone and procurement documentation, interpret FAR/DFARS/DoD 5000 guidance, support IPTs and milestone reviews, analyze contracting options (GSA, OTAs, TIAs), identify risks, and collaborate with government stakeholders to ensure compliant program execution.

Support federal design and construction project controls: develop/maintain controls processes, monitor schedules and budgets, assist contract administration, prepare schedules and reports, coordinate meetings, track deliverables and risks, respond to Government requests, and improve reporting and controls methodologies. Part-time remote role supporting project managers, subcontractors, and federal stakeholders.

Administer, negotiate, and manage government and commercial contracts across the contract lifecycle for DoD/Navy/USSOCOM programs. Ensure FAR/DFARS/DoD 5000 and other regulatory compliance, develop acquisition documentation, support proposals and pricing, manage CDRLs and contract reporting, maintain records in Deltek Costpoint and SharePoint, support audits and IPTs, and provide contractual guidance to program management and leadership.

Lead end-to-end supply chain operations for a manufacturing facility supporting commercial and DoD maritime programs: procurement, purchasing, inventory control, kitting, warehouse, supplier management, compliance (ISO/FAR/DFARS/ITAR), ERP/MRP-driven material planning, and team supervision while driving continuous improvement and production readiness.

Manage the Link-16 program for RSAF, providing support for acquisition, logistics, and training. Brief stakeholders and track program status.

Provide full-cycle federal staffing support for WHS/HRD PSD: create and post vacancy announcements, perform job analysis, develop assessments, review applicants for eligibility and qualifications, build case files, create certificates, manage offers and hiring-related actions using DCPDS and USA Staffing, maintain 25-30 active hiring actions and update TTH dashboard, and ensure compliance with Federal, DoD, and agency rules across multiple hiring authorities.
