Roles and Responsibilities
- Factory Acceptance Testing: Execute comprehensive tests on marine and industrial engines to verify compliance with specifications outlined in the Test Data Folder.
- Data Analysis: Analyze test results to ensure engines meet performance, safety, and quality standards. Identify and troubleshoot any discrepancies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, maintenance, and engineering, to resolve issues and optimize testing processes.
- Documentation: Produce customers with a detailed report of engine performance. Ensure all documentation aligns with regulatory and company standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Use Flight Deck methodologies to drive problem solving and improvements in test procedure, facility upgrades, and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Safety First: Uphold GE Aerospace’s commitment to safety by adhering to all safety protocols and fostering a culture of safety in the workplace.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in execute comprehensive tests on marine and industrial engines to verify compliance with specifications outlined in the Test Data Folder.) + Minimum of 3 years of (execute comprehensive tests on marine and industrial engines to verify compliance with specifications outlined in the Test Data Folder.) experience
- Experience in assembling, testing, troubleshooting, and/or quality assurance in a related professional function.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Leadership acumen to coordinate test, troubleshooting, and improvement projects with a variety of internal and external teams.
- Eagerness to learn and develop technical skillset.
