About the job:Manufacturing Test System Support- Troubleshoot manufacturing test equipment, fixtures, software, and product test failures to quickly isolate root cause and restore production flow.
- Maintain, calibrate, and improve existing PCBA functional test systems, including hardware upgrades, component replacement, and obsolescence management.
- Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement projects that improve tester reliability, robustness, throughput, and uptime.
- Maintain and update test software, scripts, automation tools, diagnostics, and data collection capabilities.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement software improvements and support new product introductions.
- Document software changes and maintain appropriate version control practices.
- Support design, modification, validation, and maintenance of test fixtures, interfaces, and associated electrical and mechanical hardware.
- Assist with the development and deployment of new manufacturing test solutions and test capabilities.
- Evaluate test system hardware and fixture performance to improve reliability, serviceability, and manufacturability.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience supporting manufacturing test systems, automated test equipment, or electronics production environments.
- Experience troubleshooting electronic systems and printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs).
- Understanding of electrical measurement and test equipment such as oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, power supplies, and communication analyzers.
- Experience working with automated test software, scripting, or programming languages such as Python, LabVIEW, C#, or similar.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with global engineering teams across different time zones and cultures.
