Responsabilities:
- Develop testers from all aspects including electrical, mechanical, electro-mechanical, automation, platform, software, ergonomics, safety and serviceability.
- Coordinate test development projects with test equipment suppliers.
- Prepare manufacturing test specifications, test procedures, and test strategies.
- Maintain relationship with customer technical team.
- Collect and review test/yield data to continuously improve test processes, test coverage, and fault isolation algorithms,
- Define and implement continuous improvement actions on testers.
Candidate profile:
- University degree in technical field
- 3+ years of experience in Test Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a similar role.
- Knowledge of electronics, electrical measurements and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with manufacturing test systems is considered an advantage.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented and open to continuous learning.
- Advanced English language skills.
The typical pay range for this role is between 8.500 RON gross and 17.300 RON gross. The actual wages offered will vary based on multiple factors, including experience, education and other relevant factors.
