The Opportunity:
CACI has an opportunity for a Test Engineer. Be a part of a great team of professionals in support of the Data Transport Product Support Sustainment Logistics Maintenance (DSLM) contract, located CONUS in Colorado Springs, Colorado. In performing Test Engineering activities for directed modification projects, you will be indirectly supporting the continued delivery of telemetry, tracking and commanding (TT&C) capabilities to a variety of Satellite Control Network (SCN) users.
Responsibilities:
As a Test Engineer you'll be responsible for determining optimal approach to testing complex products or solutions in order to assure compliance with applicable specifications. This includes:
- Identifying and recommending product or solution characteristics that optimize their ability to be tested or to provide test data for diagnostic purposes.
- Combines customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledges technical, schedule and cost constraints.
- Develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for completing systems.
- Coordinates integrated testing activities.
- Reviews and evaluates test requirements to ensure completeness of test program.
- Performs technical analysis of complete systems and prepares comprehensive system level evaluations.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Must be a .U.S. Citizen and hold a DoD adjudicated secret security clearance
- BA/BS or 5+ years or related work experience
- Familiar with test techniques and strategies such as Waterfall and Agile
- Experience testing hardware in a communications environment
- Experience with analysis of project requirements and traceability methods
- Ability to communicate with project team members through written/verbal platforms
Desired:
- SCN experience in operations or system testing
- Prior lead experience with task orders or projects desired
