The Role
- Work on NPI development from small volume sample to mass production release
- Develop Automated Test Equipment (ATE) programs and hardware for production testing, primarily on the Advantest V93000 platform
- Analyze electrical specifications from device datasheets to create ATE test plans
- Create probe and final test schematics, and design/optimize test hardware
- Collect and analyze device performance data and help establish test limits through temperature characterization
- Manage production test programs at manufacturing sites
- Identify and drive test time and test cost reductions, and well as yield improvement projects
