This leader will build the communications function, establish agency and team models, partner across business functions, and guide communications through a company-wide transformation.

Lead and manage analog IC design efforts, collaborating with engineers in Bristol and international partner sites to shape products and teams, drive technical direction, and ensure project delivery and cross-site coordination.

Firmware Design Intern supporting firmware development, verification, characterization, testing, and documentation for data communications and video products. Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, designing firmware structures and modules, developing embedded software in C, C++, and assembly, creating test automation, troubleshooting, and ensuring interoperability between firmware and hardware. The role is a 12–16-month student internship in Ottawa with mentorship from senior designers.

Applications Engineering Intern supporting high-speed signal integrity device evaluation through laboratory testing, troubleshooting, evaluation board assembly, documentation, inventory management, sample shipments, equipment calibration, and lab setup. The role requires testing with advanced equipment, PCB and system troubleshooting, soldering, circuit theory knowledge, CAD familiarity, and collaboration with applications and internal teams.

Supports digital integrated circuit development for high-speed data communications products. Responsibilities include digital circuit design, layout, simulation, verification, synthesis, DFT insertion, and timing closure using CAD tools. The intern will work with experienced designers, contribute to project milestones, and gain exposure to digital development processes including definition, implementation, and verification.
