Define verification plans and strategies for RTL and SoC designs; develop UVM-based testbenches, assertion checkers, and functional coverage models; analyze coverage reports; debug verification and design issues; and collaborate with architecture and design teams. The role requires block- and SoC-level verification experience, formal and low-power verification knowledge, and bus architecture expertise.

Design and develop high-accuracy analog and mixed-signal ICs, own critical chip subsystems, lead chip development projects, and collaborate across product, test, verification, reliability, and manufacturing teams. The NPI Product Engineer supports new product development and transfer to manufacturing, collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior engineers on testability, quality, and yield optimization.

Sustains daily MOCVD operations, recipes, equipment maintenance, material characterization, inventory, SPC, documentation, and cleanroom safety. The engineer creates technical documentation and training materials, collaborates with R&D, marketing, sales, and OEM customers, supports evaluation kits and prototypes, and contributes to product improvements. International and domestic travel of up to 10% is required.

Leads technical pre-sales engineering for cloud, connectivity, embedded software, and hardware solutions. Supports sales qualification, customer solution design, proposals, Statements of Work, product demonstrations, trials, onboarding, partner training, and technical account coordination. Provides customer feedback to product management and determines project feasibility. Requires strong IoT, cellular networking, SaaS, API, IP networking, and business expertise, along with 20–30% travel.

Design and deliver analogue and mixed-signal blocks (TIAs, laser drivers) for high-speed ICs up to 200G. Collaborate with layout, verification, test, and product teams to meet performance, power, area, and reliability targets through simulation, lab validation, and design reviews.

Lead development and implementation of test strategies, advanced test programs, and optimization for semiconductor products. Drive yield improvement, test technology innovation, cross-functional collaboration, and mentor test engineering teams to meet quality and manufacturing objectives.

The Sr. Staff Verification Engineer will develop verification plans, design testbenches, mentor junior engineers, and report on IC verification activities. Requires strong DV experience with mixed-signal ICs and proficiency in SystemVerilog and UVM.

Lead and manage a multidisciplinary analog/mixed-signal IC design team, own end-to-end NPI from concept to production, drive design execution and risk management across concurrent high-speed programmes, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, lead pre-tape-out reviews, and oversee post-silicon bring-up and performance optimisation.

Lead and supervise a document control team to maintain quality management system documentation, ensure regulatory and customer compliance (RoHS, REACH, TSCA, Conflict Minerals, CA Prop 65), drive process improvements and automation, manage ESG and sustainability reporting cycles, oversee audits and KPIs, and serve as primary liaison with cross-functional stakeholders.
