What You'll Do:
- Develop and optimize multi-platform test automation frameworks for iOS, Android, Backend, and potential Web Frontend, ensuring reliable, scalable, and maintainable systems.
- Build and maintain hybrid (cloud + self-hosted) distributed job systems to orchestrate large-scale build, test, deployment, and CI/CD workflows.
- Develop cloud services that support and extend our automation, testing, and infrastructure capabilities.
- Design and implement SDKs and shared packages to streamline automation and testing across teams.
- Leverage AI to enhance testing, development, verification, and other areas that improve engineering productivity and coverage.
- Collaborate with Developers, PMs, and Testers to solve product needs through automation and tooling, driving continuous improvement and a culture of quality and innovation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experienced in Kotlin and Swift, with the ability to build and debug apps, tools, or automation.
- Passionate about continuously improving and dedicated to designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and internal developer tools.
- Enjoy solving complex quality and infrastructure challenges through automation and scalable system design.
- Collaborative and communicative, working effectively with developers, PMs, and other stakeholders.
- Have practical experience using AI in engineering or problem-solving, and enjoy continuously learning and experimenting with new technologies.
- Passionate about delivering high-quality products that users love and trust.
Nice-To-Haves:
- Hands-on experience with iOS or Android UI test automation in CI/CD environments.
- Built and maintained Ruby programs, gems, or cloud services.
- Experience optimizing self-hosted CI infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience applying AI in test automation, for example, in validation, image comparison, or generating test data and cases.
