What does your job as a Test Coordinator look like?

  • Manage, monitor, and improve the testing process within NN Non-Life.

  • Ensure that test data and test access are available on time for functional tests, regression tests, and acceptance tests.

  • Keep stakeholders at NN informed about test progress and quality (end-to-end).

  • Collaborate with NN’s Business and IT teams to ensure an effective testing approach.

  • Define test scenarios for functional tests, regression tests, and acceptance tests.

  • Implement and maintain test automation and end-to-end testing.

  • Organize feedback between incident management and test management to detect issues earlier in the future.

  • Communicate professionally with stakeholders at both operational and governance levels.

  • Propose structural solutions based on thorough analyses.

  • Prepare reports on test activities.

  • Report to the NN Non-Life management team.

How do you fit perfectly in our team?

  • You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree, although relevant experience is more important.

  • You have at least 3 years of experience as a Test Coordinator or Test Manager, and you’re confident in leading test processes operationally.

  • You speak and write fluent English. Knowledge of Dutch or French is a strong asset.

  • You remain calm and efficient under pressure. You work independently and take ownership.

  • You maintain a helicopter view, think ahead and act proactively.

  • You communicate clearly and convincingly. You’re not afraid to give open feedback and make decisions about which applications get priority and move forward.
