What does your job as a Test Coordinator look like?
Manage, monitor, and improve the testing process within NN Non-Life.
Ensure that test data and test access are available on time for functional tests, regression tests, and acceptance tests.
Keep stakeholders at NN informed about test progress and quality (end-to-end).
Collaborate with NN’s Business and IT teams to ensure an effective testing approach.
Define test scenarios for functional tests, regression tests, and acceptance tests.
Implement and maintain test automation and end-to-end testing.
Organize feedback between incident management and test management to detect issues earlier in the future.
Communicate professionally with stakeholders at both operational and governance levels.
Propose structural solutions based on thorough analyses.
Prepare reports on test activities.
Report to the NN Non-Life management team.
How do you fit perfectly in our team?
You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree, although relevant experience is more important.
You have at least 3 years of experience as a Test Coordinator or Test Manager, and you’re confident in leading test processes operationally.
You speak and write fluent English. Knowledge of Dutch or French is a strong asset.
You remain calm and efficient under pressure. You work independently and take ownership.
You maintain a helicopter view, think ahead and act proactively.
You communicate clearly and convincingly. You’re not afraid to give open feedback and make decisions about which applications get priority and move forward.
