We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Test Automation Senior Specialist to join our dynamic and innovative software development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining test automation frameworks for web and mobile applications. As a Test Automation Senior Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through the development and execution of automated test scripts.

What you’ll do:

  • You will join the team of Test Automation and in particular in the business/management Betting Online & Retail reporting directly to Test Automation Team Lead.

  • You will have the opportunity to be involved in writing test cases and automating them

  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software products meet functional and non-functional requirements

  • You will participate in design and code reviews to ensure the testability of software products

  • You have to develop and maintain automation frameworks and infrastructure

  • You will work to identify, analyze, and report software defects and work with the development team to ensure they are resolved promptly.

  • You will continuously improve the quality of our automation testing processes and methodologies

  • You will analyze test results and prepare reports documenting issues, root cause analysis, and recommendations for improvement

Who you are:

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in distributed and complex systems; design and writing of test cases; design, development, and maintenance of test automation solutions and CI/CD tools;

  • You have a degree in Engineering;

  • You have excellent knowledge of Java 1.7 + (Strong) , Selenium & Appium (Strong), Cucumber framework (Strong), Browserstack (Good), Restassured library (Good), Junit/TestNG (Good), reading of JSON & XML (Strong) , invocation and verification of API Rest (Good) , Jenkins tool for CI/CD (Strong), Docker (Good), GIT/Maven/Gradle (Good), relational database management system (Good), Agile methodology (Good);

  • You are proficient in English, both spoken and written (Italian is a plus);

  • You are proactive, flexible, innovative, and determined;

  • You know work and collaborate in a team in complex scenarios.

Preferably, you also have:

  • Previous experience in performance testing strategy;

  • Basic knowledge of JMeter, Sitespeed.io, Grafana, Dynatrace, Kibana.
