We are seeking a talented Test Manual Specialist to join our dynamic team in the Test factory and contribute to our ongoing success.
What you’ll do:

You will join the team of the Test Factory reporting directly to the Team Manager;

You will have the opportunity to be involved in the analysis and development of international;

You'll develop and execute manual test cases based on software requirements;
-
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software products meet functional and non-functional requirements;

You'll participate in design and code reviews to ensure the testability of software products;
-
You'll analyze test results and prepare reports documenting issues, root cause analysis, and recommendations for improvement;

You'll continuously improve the quality of our testing processes and methodologies;
Who you are:
-
2+ years of experience in manual testing of software products;
-
Familiarity with test management tools and defect-tracking systems;
-
Experience with test case management and documentation;
-
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing lifecycle (STLC);
-
Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers;
-
Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex systems;
-
Familiarity with agile development methodologies;
-
Knowledge of usability testing and accessibility testing;

Italian Language – Mandatory;
-
English Language - Preferable;
Preferably, you also have:

Understanding of test coverage analysis and risk-based testing

Experience with exploratory testing and test scenario design
