Own Your Territory. Win New Business. Drive Growth.

Are you a sales professional who thrives on building relationships, winning new business, and turning opportunities into results? Auto Value is looking for a driven, business-minded Territory Sales Representative ready to take ownership of a sales territory, expand our customer base, and take business performance to the next level.

This is more than a relationship-management role. You'll have the opportunity to develop a territory-wide sales strategy, pursue new accounts, grow existing business, and become a trusted partner to automotive businesses throughout your market.

Your mission: grow the business, strengthen customer partnerships, and make your territory a success. You'll have the backing of an established company, the support of local store leadership, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on sales performance.

What You'll Do

You'll take an active role in developing your territory, identifying opportunities, and turning customer relationships into profitable growth.

  • Own Your Territory: Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives growth across multiple locations and customer accounts throughout your assigned market.

  • Win New Business: Proactively identify prospects, make outbound calls, schedule customer visits, and convert opportunities into long-term business relationships.

  • Grow Existing Accounts: Build relationships with current customers, identify opportunities to increase sales, and develop strategies to strengthen account performance and retention.

  • Drive Revenue: Promote Auto Value products, services, and marketing programs while identifying opportunities to increase sales and grow market share.

  • Become a Trusted Partner: Understand customer needs, recommend solutions, and deliver responsive service that makes Auto Value a preferred automotive parts supplier.

  • Build a Winning Sales Plan: Partner with store managers and company leadership to prioritize accounts, establish call strategies, and align sales efforts with business goals.

  • Manage Your Performance: Track sales activity, maintain accurate records, monitor progress toward goals, and use results to identify your next growth opportunity.

  • Represent Auto Value in the Market: Build a strong reputation through professionalism, industry knowledge, follow-through, and a commitment to customer success.

  • Collaborate to Win: Work closely with store teams and leadership to deliver on customer needs and capitalize on opportunities across your territory.

What You Bring

We're looking for a sales professional who takes initiative, follows through, and is motivated by building something bigger.

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Three or more years of experience in automotive sales, outside sales, account management, or a related field preferred.

  • Knowledge of the automotive parts industry and consultative sales techniques.

  • A demonstrated ability to build relationships, develop new business, and grow existing accounts.

  • Strong prospecting skills and the confidence to initiate conversations, make cold calls, and pursue new opportunities.

  • A self-directed, results-oriented mindset with the ability to plan your schedule, prioritize opportunities, and manage your territory independently.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, organization, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic business technology.

  • Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.

We're looking for a business builder—not just someone who maintains accounts. The ideal candidate is proactive, competitive, customer-focused, and motivated to turn opportunities into measurable results.
