The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales in Karnataka and adjoining states.

This position reports to the Business Manager - Clinical and is part of the Clinical team of Bec LS located in Bengaluru and will be working remotely to cover the assigned territory.   

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Interact with Clinicians and Researchers in your region.
  • Promote state-of-the-art solutions from Beckman Coulter.
  • Be part of a winning team.
  • Gain significant experience in managing customers and Channel partners.

The essential requirements of the job include:

Sales Generation: Actively seek out and engage potential customers, presenting products or services to meet their needs. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty. Product Knowledge: Understand the features and benefits of the products or services being sold to effectively communicate their value to customers. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate sales terms and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions 

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time within territory or locations.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Managing High end Molecular and Cell techniques / Flow Cytometry.
