A Territory Sales Manager in a medical device company is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and managing customer relationships within a defined geographic area. What You Will Do
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.

- Address customer queries and concerns, coordinating with relevant internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Plan and execute regular field visits and sales calls across HQ, extended, and outstation markets to ensure effective territory coverage; represent the company at relevant trade shows and industry events.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer insights, and business opportunities to develop strategies that strengthen market position and maintain or grow market share.
