Job Title: Territory Sales manager – Full Endoscopy Spinal Systems


Position Overview

The incumbent will be responsible for planning and executing sales strategies to achieve both installation base targets and sales targets within the division. The core objective is to drive sales growth in the assigned territory, expand market share, and support market development through effective lead management, therapy promotion, product demonstrations, and sustained sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales for Full Endoscopy Spinal Systems in the assigned area/territory.

  • Demonstrate understanding of the customer organization, purchasing processes, and capital equipment sales methodology.

  • Develop and implement personal action plans to meet targets within agreed timelines.

  • Liaise effectively with key personnel: Spine Surgeons, Biomedical Engineers, Purchase Teams, and Hospital/Department Heads.

  • Engage in value-based selling by identifying customer needs and aligning them with the benefits of RIWOspine Full Endoscopy Spine System.

  • Understand and support customer training needs consistently.

  • Provide application support to customers to encourage therapy adoption.

  • Manage multiple demos simultaneously and actively seek new prospects to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

  • Demonstrate experience in key account management and maintain pipeline through CRM portal with a strong sales focus.

  • Use advanced marketing techniques to understand customer purchasing behavior and market requirements.

  • Monitor market trends in materials science and the broader industry while tracking competitor activity.

  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities in the territory, leveraging support from marketing and working closely with divisional colleagues.

  • Analyze and report on price trends and competitive pricing for key products within the portfolio.

Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or Science.

  2. Age: Must be below 35 years.

  3. Experience:

    • 5–10 years of experience in a medical sales role.

    • Capital Equipment sales experience is preferred.

  4. Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively and perform cold calls.

  5. Track Record: Proven history of sales achievement and account management success.

  6. Skills:

    • Technical: Planning, Product Demonstration, Prospecting, Negotiation

    • Interpersonal: Effective Communication, Relationship Building, Collaboration, Teamwork
