Provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Director, including calendar and meeting management, correspondence, follow-ups, MIS reporting, expense tracking, quotations, pricing coordination, payment follow-up, tender support, and stakeholder coordination. Maintains confidentiality, prepares documents and presentations, consolidates departmental reports, and ensures timely completion of assigned actions.

Drive sales growth and market share for full endoscopy spinal systems within an assigned territory. Responsibilities include developing sales plans, managing key hospital accounts, conducting product demonstrations, supporting customer training and therapy adoption, maintaining CRM pipelines, prospecting, negotiating, monitoring competitors and pricing, and identifying growth opportunities. The role requires extensive travel, cold calling, medical sales experience, strong account management, and effective communication with surgeons, biomedical engineers, purchasing teams, and hospital leaders.
