This team delivers high-quality medical devices, technical services, and effective commercial strategies across global markets, advancing our mission to improve patient lives. Summary about role:
Will be responsible to drive sales and create healthy relationships with the customers. Generate & Achieve Sales Turnover according to set objectives. Focus on existing accounts and visit other customers with an aim of acquiring new customers.

- Planning and Reporting Activities
o Analyze and monitor sales and sales data
o Design territory business plan
- Customer related Activities
o Implement territory business plan
o Specific activities for specific accounts
o Retain and develop current customers
- Plan activities according to sales data insights
o Acquire new customers and develop customers Segmentation
- o Deliver differentiated marketing messages
- Organize or support educational/Training events
- Build and maintain a sustainable network. Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned region to generate new business for acute products.
- Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
- Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
- Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
- Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints. Market Intelligence (communicate competitive activities and customer needs to supervisor)
- Handle complaints according to guidelines given.
- Collect information from customers, peers, competitors and put it into an intelligent structure (direct or indirect).

- MBA (Sales/Marketing) Regular
- Similar experience of driving sales in the region.
- Preferably from Medical Devices Industry & Renal Background.
- Experience – (8 ~10) Years
- Should be a go getter & Self starter
- Ability to analyze and associate the bigger cause/Goals.
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Ability to deliver & present in front of customers
- Pleasing personality & command over written & Verbal English
- Persistence & Positive outlook.
