- You ensure Goodyear’s sales programs, pricing strategies, and distribution policies are executed flawlessly.
- You collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- You track performance metrics, analyze sales data, and provide clear, strategic recommendations.
Qualification and Experience
- You have 3+ years of successful sales experience in FMCG, automotive, or consumer durables—experience in the tire industry is a strong advantage.
- You consistently meet or exceed your sales targets and thrive in competitive environments.
- You’re confident in your negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- You know how to analyze data, spot trends and make smart business decisions.
- You're ready to travel extensively across your territory to drive results and build connections.
