Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :
$81,005 - $109,595Knowledge of ag business and third party financing required.Manage business-to-business relationships that contribute to FCC’s growing loan portfolio.
What you’ll do:
- Work with crop input retailers and farm equipment dealers on how using FCC point-of-sale financing can help them enhance their businesses and support their customers.
- Develop business to business relationships
- Support Senior Relationship Managers with partner requests
- Execute sales and marketing strategies remotely
What we’re looking for:
- Problem-solver who builds strong partner relationships
- Collaborator with experience in consultation and business development practices
- Team player who helps others achieve their goals
- Strong communicator who’s comfortable working with business owners, finance and sales staff
What you’ll need:
- A bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business or commerce and at least three years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- In-depth knowledge of the relationship management process, third party financing , marketing and sales
- A love for agriculture
