Support Senior Relationship Managers to grow Indigenous agriculture portfolios through relationship-building, customer support, prospecting, and sales opportunities. Manage customer inquiries, attend meetings and events, help deliver tailored financing solutions, and perform team administration tasks including reporting, budgets, and marketing (about 25% of time).

Support the lending process by building and maintaining customer relationships, assisting Relationship Managers, answering inquiries, providing front-desk and administrative support, coordinating office needs, and identifying customer needs and sales opportunities.

Manage a portfolio of distressed agricultural and commercial loans, lead recovery strategies, assess financial statements and security positions, coordinate legal enforcement and asset disposition, collaborate with internal partners, and provide training on collections and recovery practices to protect FCC's security position.

Travel to farms and offices to assess needs and provide tailored support while seeking opportunities to expand the portfolio.

Design, build, test and deploy full-stack enterprise applications, APIs and integrations. Contribute back-end services, cloud-native and CI/CD work, participate in design and code reviews, troubleshoot, mentor peers, and collaborate in Agile teams to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
