Assess technical debt, security and modernization opportunities, shape roadmaps, support integrations across APIs, networks and cybersecurity, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to drive secure, scalable solutions.

Process complex agricultural credit applications by phone, perform financial and risk analysis, prepare loan and legal documentation, support loan administration and disbursements, adjudicate credit and complete payoffs, handle customer and partner inquiries, execute collection and outbound call initiatives, and mentor junior Ag Lending Analysts to ensure consistent lending processes.

Develop, test, deploy, and maintain customer-facing marketing technology and digital platforms. Build Java and TypeScript applications, RESTful APIs, integrations, automation, and unit tests while supporting legacy and new systems. Collaborate within an Agile team, integrate third-party platforms with internal systems, fix code, support user testing, and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions using AWS, modern web frameworks, and relational databases.

Lead advanced analytics projects to build, validate and monitor predictive and descriptive models. Determine technical approaches, evaluate diverse data sources, translate findings for stakeholders, and provide technical leadership and mentorship to analytics teams to support business decisions and risk mitigation.

Assess and monitor cybersecurity, privacy, and operational risks of third-party vendors. Review SOC 2 reports and security documentation, complete vendor assessments, identify control gaps, recommend mitigations, and communicate findings to vendors and stakeholders. Support remediation, escalation, and ongoing vendor oversight in a high-volume assessment environment.

Support and improve enterprise data engineering by analyzing requirements, specifying solutions, building and supporting ETL/data pipelines and integrations, troubleshooting production issues, promoting automation and best practices, and providing informal technical leadership to data teams.

Lead a portfolio of agricultural customers by structuring and executing complex financing solutions, performing advanced credit and financial analysis, mentoring team members, building relationships, driving business development, and travelling to client operations and industry events.

Prepare and review credit submissions, assess and structure loan solutions, monitor compliance and portfolio administration, support Relationship Managers, interact with customers, and research agricultural trends to inform credit decisions.

Lead design and implementation of enterprise-scale data solutions and pipelines on AWS, contribute to architecture, build training modules, mentor engineers, drive platform adoption, modernize legacy tools, and participate in code reviews and technical design sessions.

Lead adoption of FCC's AWS-based data platform by designing training, mentoring data consumers, building and maintaining data pipelines and infrastructure-as-code, onboarding sources, provisioning access, troubleshooting Glue orchestration, and contributing to scalable data solutions and documentation.

Design, evaluate and improve credit procedures and systems to enable credit policies. Collaborate with Agile teams and stakeholders, recommend risk-mitigating changes, support change management and training, evaluate project deliverables, and provide informal leadership and coaching.

Design, build, test and deploy full-stack enterprise applications, APIs and integrations. Contribute back-end services, cloud-native and CI/CD work, participate in design and code reviews, troubleshoot, mentor peers, and collaborate in Agile teams to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.

Evaluate and structure sophisticated lending solutions for medium-to-large agribusinesses, analyze financial and industry risks, support syndicated transactions, set security and covenants, monitor loan compliance, conduct market analysis, and mentor team members to ensure portfolio and transaction integrity.
