Summary Generated by Built In

For 45 years, we have been the benchmark for digital innovation in Italy — and today, across Europe as well.

More than technology: we are the partner that transforms the way businesses work, grow, and compete. From human resources management to digital payments, from electronic invoicing to customer relationship management, we design tailored solutions that go to the heart of business processes, making them more efficient, faster, and smarter.

Our mission is simple yet ambitious: to bring the value of digital transformation to every business, whatever its challenge. We do this by putting the customer at the center of everything — not as a tagline, but as a daily working method.

We are looking for a Territory Manager with a strong background in people management and field sales coordination, capable of leading distributed teams and ensuring consistent performance across a complex multi-region perimeter. The ideal candidate combines solid commercial experience with proven capabilities in team leadership, planning, and operational control, bringing structure, discipline, and accountability into execution.

Your role at a glance:

  • Lead and manage a distributed field sales organization across Central Italy
  • Drive sales performance and target achievement, ensuring full ownership of results across the assigned territories
  • Oversee and coordinate team activities through structured planning, ensuring alignment with business priorities and objectives
  • Implement a disciplined approach to performance monitoring, leveraging KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools
  • Define, track, and continuously optimize sales plans, ensuring effective execution across all regions
  • Identify performance gaps and proactively implement corrective and recovery action plans (including structured recovery initiatives on underperforming territories)
  • Foster a strong team culture and engagement, developing capabilities and ensuring accountability across the organization through team building and continuous coaching
  • Coordinate activities with informal team leads/coordinators, ensuring consistency and alignment without formal hierarchy layers, in a context where coordination roles may not be formally defined in the organization
  • Ensure effective execution of commercial strategies across territories, maintaining control over priorities, pipeline, and outcomes

What skills are we looking for?

  • Proven experience as a Territory Manager, with responsibility for both people management and business results
  • Experience in managing teams of approximately 10–15 people, ideally within distributed and field-based sales organizations
  • Solid experience in B2B sales environments, preferably within: Telecommunications, Technology / Software / Tech-driven sectors & Fintech or similar industries
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, customer management, and territory development dynamics, with the ability to translate plans into concrete field execution
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders across levels
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, used to working autonomously on a territory and taking ownership of outcomes
  • A change-ready profile, capable of adapting from traditional field sales to more structured, digital, and KPI-driven environments
  • Previous experience in direct sales roles as part of the career path, followed by progression into managerial responsibilities (the extent of sales experience is flexible, but considered a foundational element)
  • Minimum professional experience of approximately 7–8 years, with a clear growth path toward leadership roles

Skills matter — but they're not enough. We look for leaders who embrace challenges as catalysts for growth and who bring our values to life through the way they work:

  • ENTREPRENEURSHIP — the engine behind everything we do. We push to excel, innovate, and raise the bar — for ourselves and for the company. We are proactive, accountable, and customer-obsessed, always ready to challenge the status quo and deliver extraordinary results.
  • INNOVATION — our north star. We navigate a world rich in diverse experiences, knowledge, and perspectives — and we're not afraid to experiment or fail. We build environments where bold ideas thrive.
  • INCLUSION — the foundation of how we relate to one another. Every individual brings a unique story and perspective. We champion a workplace where those differences aren't just accepted — they're valued.

What we offer

We believe that our relationship with people is built on trust, clarity of goals, and full autonomy in how to achieve them.
This is what naturally shapes our way of working and everything that comes with it: from Light Friday — no work on Friday afternoons — to the benefits that reflect our approach.

  • Total compensation: €66,000 – €100,000 Including a variable component linked to performance. Full-time reference.
  • Wellbeing Digital Wallet: from €3850 per year. A personal budget to support your wellbeing: travel, medical expenses, parental support, sports, and reimbursements for personal services such as childcare, caregiving, and more.
  • Flexibility: we work in a hybrid model, with autonomy over when to come into the office.
For us, being on-site makes sense when it improves the way we work: you come in when collaboration with colleagues makes a difference, not for presence, but for effectiveness.
  • Growth: we offer tailored learning paths and concrete development opportunities within a continuously evolving international group.
  • Environment: we promote an inclusive workplace built on trust, collaboration, and the value of diverse perspectives.
  • Impact: every day we work to create value for people, businesses, and communities through digital technology.

Skills Required

  • Proven experience as a Territory Manager with responsibility for people management and business results
  • Experience managing distributed, field-based sales teams of approximately 10-15 people
  • Minimum professional experience of approximately 7-8 years with progression into leadership roles
  • Solid B2B sales experience (preferably in Telecommunications, Technology/Software, Tech-driven sectors, or Fintech)
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, customer management, and territory development dynamics
  • Experience implementing and using KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools for performance monitoring
  • Ability to define, track, and optimize sales plans and execute corrective/recovery action plans
  • Strong influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work autonomously with ownership of territory outcomes
  • Change-ready profile capable of adapting from traditional field sales to structured, digital, KPI-driven environments
  • Previous direct sales experience as part of career progression
  • Ability to foster team culture, engagement, coaching, and accountability across distributed teams
