About the role:
This position is a factory sales representative in our Parts and Solutions division, covering a set of identified dealers featured in either our CMJ- or UniCarriers-branded dealer channel. This role will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key contacts and decision-makers at dealers in order to earn their business and partner with them to grow sales.
What you will do:
Earn Dealer's parts business:
- Regain lost business
- Convert existing opportunities
- Introduce new products
Partner with Dealerships:
- Become an expert in how they operate now
- Learn about Sales, Service, and Parts Department Operations best practices from internal and external sources.
- Help the Dealers develop and hold themselves accountable for their own operational KPIs and Metrics
Help our dealers grow:
- Marketing, sales strategy, and compensation support and consulting
- Utilizing our suite of online tools and business integrations
Work as advanced customer service and dealer support:
- Fix it for now, then fix it forever; help smooth out any rough spots in our dealer's experience. Help us become the edge in product support
- Work with urgency and be responsive to dealer demands and needs

QualificationsWhat you need to have:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Job Experience: 0 -2 years
- Ability to travel in the United States and Canada; 35% of the time minimum.

The hiring salary for this position ranges from $53,000 to $65,000 annually. The specific salary for a successful candidate will depend upon, among other legitimate factors, education, training, and/or experience.
