We have an opportunity for Associate to Junior Territory Managers to join our growing team!
This opportunity in a nutshell
The Territory Account Manager position is highly focused on customer account management and ongoing service, support and sales development with respective accounts. This position primarily focuses on service and selling (additional products, tools and services) to existing accounts with an additional emphasis on new account. This is a direct, customer-facing sales role with responsibility to retain existing revenues and close new revenue opportunities with both existing and new customers.
How you’ll add value
Manage assigned accounts by providing service, support, and driving sales growth across defined territories and sectors. Identify new opportunities through white spot prospecting and promote existing or new product solutions. Track and report performance using tools like sales funnels, market analysis, and stakeholder reports. Deliver technical expertise, training, and execution support; conduct regular business reviews with key customer stakeholders. Drive sales growth by acquiring new customers and upselling within current accounts through tailored product recommendations. Collaborate with Application and Sector Managers to ensure proper service coverage and strategic alignment. Ensure timely collection of account receivables and proactively manage to avoid overdue payments.
What you need to be successful
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or any related course.
This is an associate to junior role with 2 years of relevant experience in either F&B, Food Services, Hospitality, Building Services & Contractors, Distribution and Manufacturing in a B2B setup.
Strong hunter mindset—aggressive, proactive, and persistent in generating new business opportunities.
Self-driven and results-oriented, with excellent time management, organization, and the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, supported by a customer-focused mindset and high sense of urgency.
Able to leverage data, tools, and insights to drive sales performance and exceed targets.
Confident in collaborating with business leaders and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
