Who We’re Looking For:
As a key member of the France Sales team, the Territory Manager will sell and promote Laborie’s range of products (Equipment and Consumables for Urology and Gastroenterology), provide also repair, service and maintenance in both public and private hospitals

About the Role
Customer Management:
- Achieve agreed budgets, focused on sales growth.
- Present, in-service and sell Laborie products and services to current and potential clients.
- Support and advise the physician on the correct use of Laborie products.
- Prepare presentations, proposals quotations and sales contracts.
- Identify and resolve client concerns.
- Management of defined Key Accounts and Key Opinion Leaders of the territory through regular visits (at least 4 times per year)
- In charge of breaching the information/feedback coming from customer to the Helpdesk and QARA team.
- Responsible Article R 5212-22 as per of informing Help desk and corresponding QARA employee in charge of evaluating and reporting incidents in the French market.
Business Development:
- Present brand value propositions and value-added customer solutions. Leverage overall Laborie range, focusing on account penetration.
- Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
- Organization and/or participation to events such as congresses, workshops, trainings…
Support & Training & Service:
- Demonstrate effective use of all sales tools and materials provided, to identify and develop real opportunities
- Prospects to ensure sales targets are achieved.
- Prepare different status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and forecasts.
- Communicate new product and service opportunities, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
- Fill and update CRM Software tool on a regular basis (At least 1 time per week) with all information regarding activities: prospect and customers contact details, all information required regarding customers and prospects as well as all new and ongoing leads.
- Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
- Educate and train clinical and non-clinical stakeholders. Provide verbal technical support and organize regular in-services.
- First Level Support on Laborie´s product portfolio
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree - HBO
- Electro-technical and/or Information Technology MedTech – Bio technical – Biomedical – IT-related studies/experience.
- IT knowledge - Microsoft Operating Systems, both stand-alone PC’s and domain integration solutions, Security.aspects, Hospital IT integration (HL7, DICOM).
- French is native language. Proficiency in English with the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
- Full driving license.
- Flexible in terms of traveling (including occasional overnight stays).
- Advanced presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to spot business opportunities and to persuade and influence others.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Used to work independently with a high level of time management skills.
