- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide timely and accurate feedback to the management on market dynamics and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales executives, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on sales activities and performance.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote our brand and network with potential clients.
- Diploma or Engineering Graduate with a specialization in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
- MBA Major in Sales/Marketing is preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the electrical/digital systems industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a diverse range of clients.
- Good knowledge of working with government departments and understanding of tender processes.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software for sales and marketing.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
