Territory Manager 100% (m/f/d)
As a Territory Manager, you are responsible for the success of our specialist retailers in your territory. With strategic foresight, strong advisory skills, and pronounced sales strength, you optimally position our brands in the market. You create enthusiasm for our products, strengthen retailer performance, and sustainably expand market share.
You look after our specialist retailers on site and report directly to the Sales Manager South Europe. The headquarters are located in Tres Cantos, Madrid.
Even though you work independently, you are a team player who values collaboration and exchange within the company.
Your key responsibilities
Customer support / Sales / Business consulting
- Analysis of market potential and development of concepts to specifically increase our market shares.
- Strategic business consulting to optimize the sales and service capabilities of our specialist retailers.
- Personal support and further development of existing retailers with a focus on long-term partnerships.
- Active sales of our products as well as support with product presentation and assortment design on site.
Your profile
- Strong affinity for sports
- Highly structured, strategic, and result-oriented way of working
- Confident handling of digital CRM tools
- Strong negotiation skills and proven sales experience
- In-depth industry knowledge as well as basic technical knowledge in the bicycle and e-bike sector
- Above-average customer commitment and professional communication
- Experience in field sales, preferably with a focus on sales or business consulting, is an advantage

- Italian: Native level
- English: Good knowledge
