Territory Manager - Joint Replacement - Gold Coast, QLD

What You Will Do
- Achieve sales targets across your Gold Coast Joint Replacement territory.
- Build relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and hospital stakeholders.
- Provide in-theatre support during hip and knee replacement procedures.
- Grow existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
- Drive adoption of Joint Replacement implants and MAKO technology.
- Deliver product training and education to healthcare professionals.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and territory forecast.
- Monitor market activity and execute territory growth plans.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Sciences, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Medical Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical device sales, healthcare sales, pharmaceutical sales, clinical support, or a related customer-facing healthcare role.
- Ability to travel regularly throughout the Gold Coast and surrounding regions.
- Valid driver's licence.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in orthopaedic, trauma, sports medicine, reconstruction, or implantable medical device sales.
- Experience supporting healthcare professionals within operating theatre environments.
- Experience managing a sales territory and delivering against revenue targets.
