Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop property inspection technicians across the Great Lakes territory (Minnesota, Wisconsin, South Dakota).
- Monitor field performance, quality, productivity, and service levels.
- Build and strengthen relationships with insurance carrier partners.
- Resolve escalated field issues and client concerns.
- Identify opportunities to expand technician coverage, service areas, and carrier business.
- Partner with QA, Scheduling, Business Development, and other teams to drive operational success.
- Support technician recruiting, onboarding, training, and field assessments.
- Analyze territory performance and communicate staffing needs, trends, and opportunities to leadership.
- Represent Hancock in carrier and industry meetings as needed.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in property inspections, insurance field services, or operations management.
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and use performance data to drive results.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
- Willingness to travel throughout the Great Lakes territory up to 50%.
