This is a rare opportunity to join Stryker’s Foot & Ankle business in Melbourne, supporting a comprehensive orthopaedic portfolio designed to assist surgeons across trauma, reconstruction and corrective procedures. Strong development platform: Be part of a highly visible orthopaedics business with clear pathways for progression, supported by structured training, coaching and an experienced leadership team.

What you’ll do

Support and grow the business: Drive revenue, share and portfolio mix across Melbourne and Tasmania through disciplined field activity and strategic customer engagement.
Own the room (and the theatre): Build credibility with surgeons, executives and nursing teams; provide in‑theatre support and product expertise that elevates the surgical experience.
Manage relationships: Develop and maintain strong partnerships across public and private hospitals, with full ownership of territory planning, prioritisation and execution.
Collaborate internally: Partner with Clinical, Marketing, Service and adjacent Stryker divisions to deliver seamless customer outcomes.
Apply commercial thinking: Lead account planning, opportunity identification and tailored solutions that create value for customers and support sustainable growth.

  • Confidence engaging with clinicians and executives in high‑stakes, technically demanding settings.
  • A learning mindset, resilience and the ability to operate in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.

  • Familiarity with Australia’s public and/or private hospital systems.
  • Experience supporting technical products in a live or customer‑critical setting.
