Territory Manager – Chile
Location: Remote – Chile
Work Arrangement: This is a fully remote (telecommute) position with regular travel throughout Chile.

As part of its continued growth in Latin America, the organization is expanding its commercial presence in Chile and is seeking an experienced business development professional to lead the territory.
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Territory Manager to lead the commercial growth of the company's operations throughout Chile.
This is a field-based Business Development role focused primarily on expanding the distributor network, recruiting new channel partners, supporting existing distributors, and driving sustainable revenue growth.
The successful candidate will spend significant time visiting distributors and customers, conducting product demonstrations and training sessions, identifying new business opportunities, and positioning the company as the preferred provider of Fall Protection and PPE solutions across the Chilean market.
This opportunity is ideal for a highly autonomous sales professional who enjoys opening new markets, developing distribution channels, and building long-term commercial relationships.
What You'll Do
Territory Development & Business Growth
  • Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the Chilean market.
  • Build and grow the company's distributor network throughout Chile.
  • Prospect, recruit, onboard, and develop new industrial distributors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and increase market penetration.
  • Develop territory plans aligned with revenue objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
Distributor & Customer Management
  • Build strong relationships with existing distributors and strategic customers.
  • Support distributors with product training, technical presentations, and commercial guidance.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and accompany distributors during customer visits.
  • Perform regular business reviews to improve distributor performance.
  • Ensure consistent brand positioning across the distribution network.
Sales Performance
  • Achieve or exceed territory sales objectives.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate forecasts.
  • Prepare sales reports and territory performance updates.
  • Maintain CRM records and customer information.
  • Gather market intelligence and communicate customer feedback to internal teams.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Territory Sales, Business Development, Channel Sales, or Distributor Management.
  • Proven experience developing industrial distribution networks.
  • Strong field sales experience within industrial or manufacturing environments.
  • Experience selling industrial, technical, engineered, or safety-related products.
  • Strong commercial negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience managing an assigned sales territory independently.
  • Strong understanding of the Chilean industrial market.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with regional teams.
  • Willingness to travel frequently throughout Chile.
  • Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling Fall Protection, PPE, Industrial Safety Equipment, Construction Products, Industrial Tools, or related technical solutions.
  • Experience within construction, mining, manufacturing, energy, utilities, telecommunications, logistics, or infrastructure industries.
  • Existing relationships with industrial distributors or major industrial customers.
  • Experience delivering technical product demonstrations and distributor training.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce or similar).
  • English communication skills (B2+/C1).

  • Possess an existing network within the Chilean industrial market.
  • Demonstrate strong business development, commercial negotiation, and field sales experience.
  • Are comfortable traveling frequently throughout Chile.
This position is not intended for candidates whose experience is primarily in B2C sales, SaaS, software, financial services, or other intangible products without industrial channel sales experience.
This is a fully remote position that requires frequent travel throughout the assigned territory.
