- Liderar un equipo de 7 representantes impulsando su desempeño y desarrollo.
- Gestionar 4 territorios, garantizando una ejecución consistente y alineada a la estrategia.
- Monitorear y accionar sobre KPIs comerciales clave.
- Asegurar la excelencia en la visita médica y cobertura de farmacias (retail).
- Analizar información del mercado para la toma de decisiones y ajuste de estrategias.
- Desarrollar talento, fortaleciendo capacidades técnicas y comerciales del equipo.
Formación
- Profesional graduado (idealmente en áreas de la salud, administración o afines).
Experiencia
- Más de 5 años de experiencia en línea cardiometabólica.
- Experiencia comprobada en liderazgo de equipos comerciales.
- Experiencia en un mix terapéutico: 70% cardiometabólica / 30% oncología
- Gestión y desarrollo de equipos.
- Análisis de datos y toma de decisiones basada en insights.
- Manejo de canales institucional y retail.
Skills Required
- Professional degree (preferably health, administration, or related)
- More than 5 years of experience in the cardiometabolic line
- Proven experience leading commercial teams
- Experience with therapeutic mix: 70% cardiometabolic / 30% oncology
- Team management and development
- Data analysis and decision-making based on insights
- Experience managing institutional and retail channels
