This Bay of Plenty (Tauranga) based role, looks to achieve sales plans by focusing on brand availability, shelf presence, secondary site displays and product distribution, in line with identified category priorities and programmes.
You'll be adept at maximising the effectiveness of trade promotional expenditure through compliance and discretionary activity and be a relationship building extraordinaire.
What are we looking for?
Demonstratable territory growth results alongside driving call-cycle efficiency.
Ability to leverage data for insights & identifying category growth opportunities.
Business & financial acumen with comprehension of return on investment.
Adept at commercial negotiations at store level including experience leading JBPs.
FMCG experience preferred.
Must have valid drivers license.
What would be your key responsibilities?
Executes the customer and account strategy for the territory, managing available resources to achieve NSV, GSV targets and other relevant measures.
Builds solid relationships and demonstrates strong selling and influencing skills within their designated customer base. Actively seeks to further develop and increase sales within their territory.
Measures compliance, speed to market and shelf position for NPD.
Shelf share and position management of Customer and Perfect Store guidelines
Drive distribution of discretionary skus.
Quarterly business category reviews with key stores.
