Essential Functions
- Implementation of strategic plans assigned by company standards and working within the designated market segment
- Territory planning, structured calling systems and direct selling to Healthcare personnel of hospitals
- Develop new business, market research, organizing trials of new products
- Identify new potential hospital opportunities, servicing existing hospital accounts and identify Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- Responsible for tender preparation and tender interviews with product demonstration during the whole tendering process.
- Site visits and in-service product training to customers as part of post-sales activities.
- Prepare sales reports and completion of sales reporting tools (salesforce.com) on time
- Develop and promote large projects in the region, cooperate with BPs to complete bidding and tendering
- Conduct market research, collect project information, and competition data analysis
- KOL visit and maintenance, as well as key accounts maintenance
Required/Preferred Education and Experience
- University Degree or Equivalent
- 3 years in the Medical Device industry selling Medical Equipment’s, preferred
- Nursing background preferred
