Position Summary:
The Territory Development Manager will drive growth in the commercial sector by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with property owners, facility managers, and consulting engineers, and guiding opportunities from prospecting to proposal submission. Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with commercial clients.
- Build and manage a pipeline of new commercial projects and opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, events, and networking opportunities.
- Qualify inbound leads and prioritize opportunities for follow-up.
- Present commercial services and value propositions to clients.

- Comfortable visiting client sites and understanding project specifications.
- Willing to travel for client meetings and industry events.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in commercial sales, construction, or facilities services
