Job DescriptionAs a Terminal Operations Associate, you’ll be part of a team that keeps bulk commodities moving safely and efficiently through one of the busiest inland ports in the country.

What you'll be doing:
- Loading and unloading of trucks, rail cars and barges along the Mississippi River
- Performing general dock maintenance and cleanup
- Assisting with line handling and barge positioning
- Following Zero Harm safety processes and procedures for a safe work environment

Schedule:
12 hour shifts: 6am – 6pm and 6pm – 6am
- This role operates as a Swing Shift. 30 days will be worked a 6am – 6pm schedule and 30 days will be worked a 6pm – 6am schedule.
- Monday through Friday
- Occasional mandatory weekends

Qualifications

- Comfortable performing physical labor (lifting, climbing, and securing lines)
Candidates must:
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Have reliable transportation to and from work daily
- Pass a post-offer process of an offer is made (background check, drug screen, and physical)
- Can carry more than fifty pounds on a regular basis unassisted
- Must be able to read and write the English language
