Performs software quality assurance for application development, integrations, enhancements, and production releases. Plans and executes functional, integration, regression, API, performance, and user acceptance testing; develops test documentation; manages defects and quality risks; and contributes to automated testing and continuous integration. Coordinates environments, data, schedules, and stakeholders, supports releases and post-deployment validation, analyzes production defects, recommends improvements, and provides QA guidance to less experienced team members.

Operate aboard river vessels supporting safe fueling and supply transfers, including fuel, lubricant, slop, and water operations. Assist with vessel and barge inspections, maintenance, navigation, housekeeping, inventory control, paperwork, and equipment operation involving forklifts and cranes. Follow USCG and company safety procedures, conduct safety activities, and respond to operational risks. The role follows a 10/5 schedule with 12-hour swing shifts and requires living within one hour of Wyatt, Missouri.

Maintains and repairs vessel engines, generators, and onboard systems; oversees engine-room housekeeping, fuel transfers, logs, safety procedures, regulatory compliance, and vessel maintenance. Supervises junior engineers and deckhands, participates in drills and audits, responds to safety concerns, and supports safe vessel and tow operations while working extended 14-, 21-, or 28-day hitches.

Supports accurate and timely accounting under U.S. GAAP, focusing on month-end close, terminal revenue accruals, general ledger reconciliations, operational reporting, payment and accounts payable coordination, audit documentation, budgeting assistance, discrepancy research, and process improvement. Prepares tonnage, throughput, royalty, KPI, financial, and operational reports while responding to finance and operations requests.

Researches billing discrepancies, prepares KPI and financial reports, manages recurring deadlines, and responds to requests from operations and finance teams while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with U.S. GAAP.

The Chief Engineer will manage maintenance and repairs of marine vessels, ensuring safety and timely completion of engineering projects, while leading and training junior engineers.

Perform deckhand duties including tow building, rigging, barge checks, housekeeping, painting, confined-space work, assisting engineer, safety drills, and extended hitches away from home.

Assist deck crew with tow building, rigging, vessel housekeeping, locking, barge inspections, confined-space entry, painting, and safety drills. Work outdoors in varying weather and support engineers as needed during multi-week hitches.
