The Temporary Sales Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the North American Sales organization. This role supports key account activities, sales reporting, sample coordination, order maintenance, product setup, customer communications, and meeting logistics.

Roles and Responsibilities
The Temporary Sales Coordinator will support North American accounts and sales channels, including brand marketing coordination for Movado and BOSS as it relates to Sales.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage and maintain market materials and line sheets.
- Coordinate, send, and track product samples for customer accounts.
- Maintain the GXS catalog and master SKU file, including monthly updates for new and revised products.
- Compile and analyze sales by SKU and door using customer portals.
- Prepare and distribute monthly door-selling reports.
- Prepare SKU-selling reports, including product images, and communicate results to internal teams.
- Create account-specific seasonal assortment picture files for field representatives.
- Create account-specific markdown assortment picture files for field representatives.
- Enter, maintain, and track orders in SAP.
- Monitor price holds, order status, and product fill.
- Update new product setup forms for specific accounts.
- Prepare customer web forms and coordinate digital images for retailer submission.
- Conduct weekly web maintenance reviews to verify image status and copy accuracy.
- Edit and maintain the drop-ship table.
- Assist with the preparation of data, materials, and PowerPoint presentations for customer meetings and trainings.
- Partner with Customer Service and Account Executives to help resolve account issues.
- Support logistics for Market Week, account meetings, and other customer-related events.
- Coordinate, track, and load promotional pricing requests.
- Review and help resolve pricing discrepancies.
- Enter and track Return Authorizations and memo processing in SAP.
- Coordinate the setup of new accounts, including:
- Reviewing customer applications for completeness and accuracy.
- Obtaining required approvals.
- Maintaining the new-account tracking log.
- Coordinating required account materials.
- Maintain line sheets and marketing materials.
- Support account-specific seasonal training and merchandising guidelines.
- Review the Winston portal weekly by account and discuss updates with the appropriate Account Executive.
- Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.

The Temporary Sales Coordinator will develop working knowledge of the following internal and external systems:
- SAP
- Business Intelligence reporting tools
- Customer portals
- NuORDER
- GXS Catalog
- Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Microsoft Outlook
- OneDrive or other file-sharing platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- 0–2 years of relevant professional experience. Internships, retail experience, or administrative experience are acceptable.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and other internal teams.
- Willingness and ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Interest in gaining experience within a commercial, wholesale, luxury, or fashion organization.
The hourly range for this position is $18.00 to $20.00.
