Job Description

The Graduate Enrollment Team Communications Coordinator will develop and execute strategic ad-hoc communications that engage prospective students throughout the graduate admissions journey. This role will partner closely with the marketing and enrollment teams to ensure communications are timely, compelling, and aligned with enrollment goals and Mendoza branding guidelines. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Executing the overall email and text messaging strategy for the Mendoza Graduate Enrollment Team.
  • Develop and execute weekly, ad-hoc email and text messaging campaigns across the three Recruitment Team verticals: Executive Programs, Full-time MBA, and Specialized Masters Programs.
  • Manage communications calendars, key messages, and email timelines throughout the admissions cycle.
  • Segment audiences and tailor communications based on program, stage in the admissions funnel, and prospective student interests.
  • Monitor ad-hoc email and text performance on a daily basis and utilize data to make strategic shifts in timing and content of messaging.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to ensure brand alignment, consistency, and effective use of messaging across channels.
  • Support recruitment virtual and on-campus events through strategic pre- and post-event communications.

  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • Must be able to work full-time on Notre Dame's campus
