You should be comfortable operating across disciplines and contributing to an environment where collaboration, curiosity, and creativity are at the core.Responsibilities- Partner with Creative Directors, Art Directors, and cross-functional teams to concept and execute integrated campaigns across social, digital, video, experiential, and content
- Develop earned-first, social-by-design ideas for client work and new business
- Translate big ideas into executable tactics that deliver against business objectives
- Collaborate with account, strategy, influencer, and production teams to bring work to life
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, providing direction and maintaining momentum across workstreams
- Work closely with project management and production partners to ensure smooth execution
- Present creative work to clients and help drive alignment and approvals
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver work on time and on budget
- 6+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or social media
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), preferably in English or a related field
- Proven experience in copywriting and writing direction across multiple channels and formats
- Strong ability to manage change and navigate fast-paced, evolving workstreams
- Experience working directly with clients and presenting creative work
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight timelines
- A collaborative mindset and an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
