Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, promoting products or services, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will be skilled in building relationships quickly, handling objections professionally, and consistently meeting sales targets in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with a passion for sales and customer service. They are self-motivated, energetic, and thrive on achieving targets. This person is confident in handling outbound calls, following up on leads, and closing deals with minimal supervision. A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to quickly learn about products and services are key to success in this role
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from a provided list or leads database.
• Present and promote products/services to potential clients.
• Understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
• Overcome objections and close sales efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activity in the CRM system.
• Follow up with interested leads and existing customers to encourage repeat business.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve sales strategies.

Qualification and Skills:

• Fluency in English (additional languages are advantageous).
