The Telesales Recovery role focuses on re-engaging and winning back customers who have churned, become inactive, or failed to renew their contracts. The role involves identifying the root causes of churn, rebuilding trust with former customers, and offering tailored solutions such as revised pricing, packages, or incentives to reactivate accounts. You will work closely with BD, account management, and product teams to turn lost opportunities into renewed revenue, while also providing valuable insights on customer pain points to help reduce future churn.

    1. Akuisisi Akun Baru & Pertumbuhan Pendapatan
    • Mendorong akuisisi akun baru dari broker dan agensi.
    • Mengawasi pengembangan pipeline untuk meningkatkan dan menjaga aliran lead baru yang konsisten.
    • Bertanggung jawab atas target pendapatan tim serta melakukan proyeksi kinerja terhadap KPI yang telah ditetapkan.
    • 2. Manajemen Hubungan Klien
      • Mendukung negosiasi akun strategis serta proses onboarding untuk klien berpotensi tinggi.
      • Memastikan proses serah terima akun yang telah diakuisisi berjalan lancar ke tim Customer Success atau Account Management (jika ada).
      • Memberikan umpan balik pasar kepada tim Produk dan Marketing untuk membantu menyempurnakan proposisi nilai.

Is this you?

  • Minimal pendidikan SMA/SMK, Fresh Graduate D3/S1 dengan pengalaman organisasi dipersilakan melamar
  • Memiliki minimal pengalaman 1 tahun sebagai Telesales / BD Acquisition/Account Management
  • Mampu berkomitmen terhadap pekerjaan yang diberikan serta tertarik untuk bekerja dilingkungan Start-up dan ritme kerja yang cepat
  • Excellent pitching and sales skills: Kemampuan pitching dan penjualan yang tepat; posisi ini membutuhkan kemampuan negosiasi dengan pelanggan secara terstruktur, persuasif, dan menyenangkan.
  • Good analytical thinking: Posisi ini membutuhkan individu dengan kemampuan analisa yang baik untuk memberikan saran dan solusi yang relevan bagi pelanggan
  • Resilient: Tidak mudah menyerah dengan penolakan
  • Can-do attitude: Mau belajar dan mencoba sesuatu yang baru, bahkan ketika anda tidak percaya diri
