Sales & Business Development
- Drive revenue growth for telehealth and RPM solutions across Saudi Arabia
- Identify, qualify, and close opportunities with:
- Ministry of Health (MOH)
- Government healthcare clusters
- Military and National Guard hospitals
- Private hospital groups and clinics
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline, from lead generation to contract closure
- Lead complex sales cycles involving clinical, IT, procurement, and executive stakeholders
Strategic Partnerships & Stakeholder Management
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers (C-level, clinicians, digital health leaders)
- Collaborate with local partners, distributors, and system integrators
- Support national initiatives aligned with Vision 2030, virtual hospitals, and home care programs
Clinical & Solution Selling
- Position RPM solutions across use cases such as:
- Chronic disease management
- Post-discharge monitoring
- Home care and hospital-at-home
- Translate clinical needs into value-based business cases
- Support product demonstrations, pilots, and proof-of-concept deployments
Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, regulatory updates, and reimbursement developments in KSA
- Provide feedback to product and leadership teams on local market needs
- Track competitive landscape and differentiate solutions effectively
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, clinical, technical, and customer success teams
- Support implementation and ensure smooth customer onboarding
- Contribute to regional go-to-market strategies
Qualifications & Experience
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of healthcare sales experience, with at least 3 years in:
- Telehealth, digital health, or medical devices
- Proven track record of selling enterprise healthcare solutions in Saudi Arabia
- Strong understanding of KSA healthcare ecosystem, procurement processes, and tendering
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic strongly preferred)
Preferred
- Experience with RPM, wearables, connected devices, or software platforms
- Existing relationships within MOH, healthcare clusters, or major hospital groups
- Familiarity with data privacy, cybersecurity, and digital health regulations in KSA
