Job Description

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate planning, engineering teams, operations, and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are executed in alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage project intake and work assignment processes, prioritizing requests, maintaining project tracking, and route work to the appropriate engineer.
  • Provide administrative and organizational support for engineering teams.
  • Perform varied assignments demonstrating technical knowledge and analytical techniques to solution of problems or analysis.
  • Participate in company and contractor meetings covering outage/project schedule, safety issues and operations and maintenance of equipment.
  • Participate in the planning and organization of outage/project work activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of technical reports and papers.
  • Apply problem solving skills to resolve technical problems and initiate solution techniques.
  • Work with others in both supplying information and seeking assistance as necessary.

What We're Looking For:

Telecommunication Coordinator Associate SG5

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited university or college;
  • OR an Associate's degree and 2 years of experience in the design, operations, planning, construction, or maintenance of systems and/or equipment;
  • OR a high school diploma or GED and 4 years of experience in the design, operations, planning, construction, or maintenance of systems and/or equipment.

Experience:

  • No additional work experience required beyond the education and experience combinations listed above.

. Telecommunication Coordinator SG6

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited university or college;
  • OR an Associate's technical degree and 3 years of experience in the design, operations, planning, construction, or maintenance of systems and/or equipment;
  • OR a high school diploma or GED and 5 years of experience in the design, operations, planning, construction, or maintenance of systems and/or equipment.

Experience:

  • Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in work activities and projects requiring technical knowledge.

In addition:

  • Physical demand level is Sedentary
  • Up to 10% travel required.
