Job Description

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller to support our B2B lead generation and SaaS sales efforts. The role involves engaging with potential clients, qualifying leads, and booking meetings for the sales team while maintaining a strong and professional communication approach.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients to introduce company services and solutions
2. Generate and qualify leads through structured conversations
3. Achieve a minimum of 120 minutes of daily talk time
4. Book qualified meetings and demos for the sales team
5. Understand client requirements and position relevant SaaS or digital solutions
6. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM
7. Follow up with prospects to nurture and move them through the sales funnel
8. Meet daily and weekly targets for calls, lead generation, and meeting bookings.

 

Other requirements

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, lead generation, or inside sales (preferably B2B/SaaS)

2. Strong communication skills with a confident and persuasive approach

3. Ability to handle objections and drive conversations toward desired outcomes

4. Basic understanding of sales processes and lead qualification

5. Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics

6. Familiarity with CRM tools and calling processes is a plus
