What You’ll Do 

  • Provide comprehensive technical support to PPI users and coordinate IT-related activities with external vendors at evaluation sites.

  • Lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of PPI tire testing reporting systems and associated applications.

  • Manage and optimize workflow systems to ensure seamless data flow from laboratory testing through processing and database integration.

  • Design and maintain scalable infrastructure to support multi-site and multi-region PPI system operations.

  • Drive projects and initiatives by effectively planning, prioritizing, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and audit standards by maintaining accurate documentation and supporting EHS requirements.

  • Promote continuous improvement through the different quality initiatives.

  • Support test systems, including on-site PC upgrades, system configuration, deployment, and general IT/deskside services.

What We’re Looking For  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with 4–6 years of relevant software development experience.

  • Strong foundation in software engineering, database management, and general IT operations, with a high level of attention to detail.

  • Experience working with Oracle and SQL databases; familiarity with PostgreSQL is an advantage.

  • Networking skills, delivered with a proactive approach focused on rapid issue resolution, performance optimization, and user satisfaction

  • Proficiency in version control and project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

  • Demonstrated openness to innovation, with the ability to adopt emerging technologies and apply technical expertise to continuous improvement initiatives, along with basic networking knowledge and proactive troubleshooting skills
