The Technology Support Engineer Associate plays a critical role in modernizing Road & Track Testing (RTT) and laboratory tire testing reporting systems through advanced technologies and innovative solutions. This role focuses on enhancing workflow management tools, ensuring system reliability, and improving data accuracy across testing processes. By leveraging technical and operational support capabilities, the associate supports continuous improvement and enables more informed, data-driven decision-making. Additionally, they contribute to bridging current capabilities with future needs while introducing new tools that strengthen the overall technological ecosystem.

What You’ll Do
Provide comprehensive technical support to PPI users and coordinate IT-related activities with external vendors at evaluation sites.
Lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of PPI tire testing reporting systems and associated applications.
Manage and optimize workflow systems to ensure seamless data flow from laboratory testing through processing and database integration.
Design and maintain scalable infrastructure to support multi-site and multi-region PPI system operations.
Drive projects and initiatives by effectively planning, prioritizing, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and audit standards by maintaining accurate documentation and supporting EHS requirements.
Promote continuous improvement through the different quality initiatives.
Support test systems, including on-site PC upgrades, system configuration, deployment, and general IT/deskside services.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with 4–6 years of relevant software development experience.
Strong foundation in software engineering, database management, and general IT operations, with a high level of attention to detail.
Experience working with Oracle and SQL databases; familiarity with PostgreSQL is an advantage.
Networking skills, delivered with a proactive approach focused on rapid issue resolution, performance optimization, and user satisfaction
Proficiency in version control and project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
Demonstrated openness to innovation, with the ability to adopt emerging technologies and apply technical expertise to continuous improvement initiatives, along with basic networking knowledge and proactive troubleshooting skills
