Job DescriptionWe are currently looking for a Technology Specialist (SharePoint) to join our growing team in one of the biggest European organizations.
Tasks:
- Monitor and report on SharePoint usage and perform system security audits.
- Interact with project teams and stakeholders to support SharePoint infrastructure and applications.
- Produce and maintain technical and procedural documentation related to SharePoint activities.
- Perform monthly patching, including implementing automation improvements to streamline the process.
- Build and configure SharePoint 2019 and SharePoint SE environments using tools such as Auto-SPInstaller and PowerShell.
- Enhance redundancy and disaster recovery capabilities for clients's SharePoint Farms.
- Independently manage SQL Server database structures, procedural programming, and develop SSIS packages.
- Administer SharePoint platforms including SharePoint 2013/2016/2019/SE and SharePoint Online.
- Automate SharePoint Online processes using Power App flows.
Who you are:
Mandatory requirements:
- Bachelor's plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience
- Professional experience of more than 6 years with Sharepoint technologies
- Proven experience in SharePoint administration, including building and maintaining environments using Auto-SPInstaller and PowerShell.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint 2013/2016/2019/SE and SharePoint Online platforms.
- Experience with SQL Server database management, procedural programming, and SSIS package development.
- Proficiency in creating automations using Power App flows.
- Demonstrated ability to improve redundancy and disaster recovery for SharePoint environments.
- Experience with monitoring, reporting, and performing security audits on IT systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
